Can't install analysis toolpak for excel 2007

When I try to install analysis toolpak, I get windows installer error 1635,
followed by a message stating that analys32.xll cannot be accessed. I have
closed all other instances of office, but get the same message. The office
2007 disk is no help. Any ideas?
