Can't install 2008 holidays in outlook 200

I downloaded the update to add the 2008 to 2012 holidays to outlook 2003, but
when I try to install them I get all the way past the license agreement and
get a message saying the expected version of the product is not on my
computer. I have double checked, and I definitely have Outlook 2003. I am
using Vista - can that be the problem? Any help would be appreciated.

Have you applied Service Pack 3 to your Office 2003 installation?

Don't bother with the .EXE update file from MS. Just download the actual
HOL file from http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/missinghol.htm
