Can't Import Emails from Backup

I backed up my PC using the back up utility under systems tools in the
accessories part of my programs, creating a bk file. I can not now seem to be
able to import my outlook emails from this back up.

How can i import me emails from my outlook backup to my newly installed
outlook?

You didn't create an Outlook backup file but a Windows backup file. You must
first extract the pst-file from your Windows backup file via the Windows
Backup/Restore utility.
 
Thank yo so much for your help, Roady. I tried to locate the pst file in my
backup, but i couldn't find it. Can you please tell me how to locate my pst
file in the backup.

I cannot see what you backed up. It should be in the same location as where
you store the pst-file that you backed up. You can always do a restore to a
separate location and do a search there.
