cant hook my all in one printer up

I get so far downloading my Lexmark 74 all in one printer, and all these pop
ups come up asking for files, and then it says: Can not install hardware, The
Specified print monitor is unknown.
 
Thanks Cari, could you tell me how to go about installing the soft ware, Im
new at all this computer stuff
