can't hit breakpoint

I installed netcf.core.ppc3.x86.cab ( for pocket pc 2003 emulator) and now
i can't hit any set breakpoints
in my vb.net application ( debug not release is set in visual studio )
Any ideas?

I've had something like this happen before. I needed to do a soft reset on
my device and reboot my computer. I don't know if it would be the same for
the emulator.
