Can't get Web Query to work

I tried to use VB in Excel 2000-SP3 to do a web query and it wouldn't work
so I tried doing it manually via
Data/Get External Data/New Web Query
using:
Web page address:
http://www.reversephonedirectory.com/whitepages/phone/index.html?number=(757)+8771111
"The entire page", No formatting, range $A$1

I then get the error: "This web query returned no data. ..." despite the
fact that the above is a good URL (try it in your web browser)

Other URL's like http://news.com work fine.

QUESTION: How can I run a web query with the URL given above?

Hi

I tried this on xl02 and it works fine, I do get a script
error when I load the page so that might be the problem
