Can't get rid of "ebates money maker"&VX transponder plugin

Despite booting and rebooting still they remain Also
Spybot did not pick them up but picked up 8 others,Anyone
know how to help?

Reboot into safe mode
Dump files from ALL temp locations
Empty IE Temp Files
Run Full/Deep Scan twice

Reboot to Normal Mode and check.
