cant get msn.com on my browser, it gets redirected

Sam

I think my browser has been altered by a search engine
website that automatically redirects me when I open IE or
try to get to msn.com. Also every time there the
word "loan" appears on any website I visit it becomes
highlighted and underlined and it links me to another
search engine. What is the solution.
I have xp
intel celeron 850
120 gig
with norton antivirus updated to the latest config.

Any help would be appreciated.
thanks,
Sam
