can't get deployed application object displayed

I got a weird issue. I deployed an application through "user configuration"->"software settings"->"software installatin". It used to be there by just accepting default permission setting. However, after I decided not to give anyone permissions including admins and removed everything except "system", the application object disappeared. But now, I can't go anywhere to bright it up so that I can apply new security settings. Anyone got an idea?
Thanks

Hi Fred,

Nasty lesson, huh...

Follow these steps to fix it:

1. Install Win2000 Support Tools

HOW TO: Install the Windows 2000 Support Tools to a Windows 2000
Server-Based Computer

2. Run ADSIEdit to locate the GPO

3. On step 4 of article 294257 it is a little confusing: just right-click
the GPO and choose properties so you can give yourself full control.
