Can't get ATL to work - Help please!!!

I posted a problem on this group a while back (sometime in March, copied
below). I've been working abroad since then and haven't had time to get back
to it. No one posted any responses with help or suggestions but I (and
several other people who contacted me with the same problem) still haven't
got it to work. Please, any help gratefully received!!

Hmm, just tried it, no problems... I'm using VS.NET 2003, though, perhaps
there is a difference?

I'm using VS.NET 2002. The company will not splash out on 2003 until I've
demonstrated the benefits of VS.NET, especially with regards to porting all
our old VC++ 6 code. This problem is proving a bit of a stumbling block to
that.
