Can't get any mail?Need help plz.

Sorry for the new post, but can't reply only post now. GRRRR

All I did was shut down my pc and go to bed. I use OE 6 and use it all the
time as I run a business from home. I checked my webmail, and there is new
mail in there, it just won't work through OE.

Here's the message that I am getting:

The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'EmCreations', Server:
'mail.sigecom.net', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket
Error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'Ernie_Marlya', Server:
'mail.thejewelrysolution.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No,
Socket Error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

Those are the 2 servers that I use.
