Cant get Address Bar to show

I got hit with the about:blank virus trojan spyware and while Ive pulled my
hair out getting my PC clean over the last 3 days I seemed to have done
something to my registry that now makes my IE 6.0 not show my address bar.
It shows as checked off under "view" but wont appear. Ive tried
re-installing and have downloaded the latest updates but still no change in
that the address bar wont appear. Any advice. Im desperate now. Thanks.
 
If you see the smallest piece of the Address Bar (usually the name)
then stretch the Address bar back to a normal size and move it if
necessary. If the Button Bar or some other bar is to the right of it,
you may want to move that to a different position first.

Don't forget to ensure "Lock the Toolbars" is unchecked in
View-Toolbars.
