Can't get a script to run

I have been trying to get a rotating date/clock script to
run on my home page. www.weather-check.com you can see
the script on my home page in the top section called
clock.htm. But I just don't know how to get it to work?

I see no script for a clock on either page.
clock.htm opens a page that shows a list of css
classes in normal view, and more in view source.
Where's the script, or a reference to it??

There is no clock script on the page.

You may wish to take a look at J-Bots Current Time, Current Date, Running
clock or Digital Clock components.
