cant findd driver for avery ready index reference dividers #11188

The subject line says it all. Please help, as Avery dosn't seem to know they
are manufacturing this product.
 
Does the product not come with instructions for creating a custom label
definition? Most label setups are just tables, and you can create a custom
definition on your own by using a ruler to determine the necessary
measurements, but in my experience most Avery products do come with
instructions.

Avery has a number 11188 and their product is listed this way on at least
one google find:
