Can't find ScreeSaver Tab

[Winter Is Coming]

When i right click on the desktop/properties, a box comes up Called "Display
Properties" and there are NO other tabs to click on,,, In this box i can
only change my back ground theme,, Where else can i access the ScreenSaver
Option???

Click Start | Run | Regedit
Goto this location:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System
]
In the right pane, check if the value "NoDispScrSavPage" exists. Delete it.
