cant find rundll.exe PLEASE HELP

I dont know what my problem is, but evertime i try
opening a program on my computer an error pops up and
says it cant find it, and when i try to open say somthing
like my display properties, it says, error windows can
not find "rundll.exe" please try to find it with search,
but i can find it, i search for it and its in serveral
places, like \windows, and \windows\system32, and this
all new, i mean this hasnt happened before yesterday,
PLEASE HELP!

Run a virus check. I believe several different viruses mess with this file.

Run spybot (free) as well to look for browser hijacks and adware etc

Hi,
Rundll.exe should not be running at all. Scan for viruses and spyware first.
Sounds like spyware or a home page hijacker.
