Can't find Inbox Repair Tool

I have searched everywhere for the inbox repair tool. I have searched for
Scanpst.exe on my computer and on the Office Professional 2007 CD roms. I
have also gone to crogram files/common files/system/MSMAPI but then the
only folder there is 1033 and Scanpst.exe is not in there. My Deleted Items
folder won't open and I heard this was the way to fix it.

For Office 2007 it is in the installation folder of Microsoft Office where
also outlook.exe resides.
