Can't Find Funcres.xla file Error

I've been using Excel 2002 for several years. Recently I
get an error message whenever I open Excel which says it
can't find my Funcres.xla file. I click OK then a moment
later I get the same error msg again. I click OK again
and then Excel opens normally.

Can anyone advise me why all of a sudden I'm getting this
error message and what do I need to do to get rid of it?

I have not deleted this file, but I have downloaded all
critical security patches. I wonder if one of these
updates didn't delete this file?????

Funcres.xla is a support add-in to the analysis toolpak in XL. Open XL and
go to Tools>Add-ins...and temporarily uncheck analysis toolpak. Close and
restart Excel to see if it has stopped the error. Now go back to add-ins
and reselect analysis toolpak. Hopefully this will fix it, if not run
detect and repair from the help menu
