Can't Find Data > XML menu item?

I want to explore the XML features using Excel. The Help
refers to the menu item Data > XML which I cannot find.
Shouldn't this feature be available for my edition of
Excel? Here is what I get when I click Help > About
Microsoft Excel:

Microsoft Office Excel 2003 (11.5612.5703)
Part of Microsoft Office Basic Edition 2003

Hi Ted
goto the menu 'Data' and search for the menu item 'XML'. If it's not
available goto 'Tools - Customize' and add this item to your menu bar

The Data menu XML features are only available in Professional versions of
Office 2003.
