Can't find "Copy folder Design" under File/folder menu in outlook

I want to copy a"view" of my contact/task folder,and follow the exact
procedures from the "Copy the design of a folder" under the help menu.
However, the "Copy Folder Design" command just doesn't drop. Do I need any
downloads like pfbackup.exe like profile backup? Please help!!!
 
Where are you looking?
View-> Arrange By-> Current View-> Define Views...-> Copy
