cant find address bar

i am not able to type the address in the address bar the
place where you type www.mirosoft.com for example.it is
not there any more but it used to be could you please
help me find it. thank you.

In Internet Explorer->View->Toolbar->Address bar

Right click on top bar and select 'address bar'
