can't edit DB since startup form opens

Hold down the Shift key while you're opening the database.
 
Well, I'm hoping I'm not the first moron to do this.
I'm a novice at Access, I set the startup properties to
open a form and turned off everything, including toobars,
etc.
Now, when I open the DB the form opens and I can no longer
make any design changes.

Is there any way to recover?

I'm running Access 2000 on Win ME.
