Can't e-mail...unexpected error

I can not e-mail out of my MSOffice. I get the following message...

Microsoft Office Word
An unexpected error has occurred.


I have MSOffice Outlook 2003 SP3 for Studens and Teachers. If you need more
information, please let me know.

At what point do you get this error?
Directly when starting a new email, when pressing the Send button, other...?
Does Outlook/Word crash then or does it just display this error?
In case of a crash; what is being logged to the Event Viewer?

It only occures when I hit the send button. It does not matter if it's a new
message or if it's a reply or a foward. It does not crash. I still get the
same error rebooting. I can however e-mail myself w/o getting an error which
does not make sense to me at all.

I logged off and let someone else sign in. They were able to e-mail.
 
Roady, sorry but that wasn't the fix. Did I mention that I can e-mail myself?
Since the error states "Microsoft Office Word" at the top of the error
window, would the problem really be within Word?
 
I am using MS outlook 2003
I have created a new group in contact list.
when i am sending the mail to that group i am getting unexpected error has occured.

Please do the need ful (Tilak)
