Can't Drag Items in Outlook 2003

I have just upgraded to Outlook 2003 (from 2002) and cannot drag/drop mail
items from folder to folder.

I have my folder list open and am doing everything I used to in 2002 but it
just doesn't pick up the item when I try dragging it.

Any help appreciated.

The first thing I'd try is a new mail profile.
