Can't download Windows updates

After searching for updates at
windowsupdate.microsoft.com, I receive an error
saying "Windows Update has encountered an error and
cannot display the requested page". I have Service pack
1a and haven't removed it or restored a System restore
point. I tried the workaround in Knowledge Base article
830086 to no avail. Has anyone else encountered this?

I can't find any reference to KB 830086.

Nevermind, fixed it on my own. If anyone else has this
issue, check this site:
http://www.updatexp.com/0x800A138F.html .

It was an XML issue with the IE Languages setting of all
things....Come on, Microsoft!
