I have Word 2007 and it's verified but for some reason I can't download this
resume template. I really want to get it but windows just keeps telling me it
can't find it when I try and download it manually. Is anyone else having this
problem? Thanks.

Hi Scott,

What are the steps you're using and what is the exact message you're getting?
Also what version of Windows and what browser?

Im using Windows Vista Home Premium with Internet Explorer 7.
When I click on the download button on this page
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/TC300019841033.aspx?CategoryID=CT101448941033
It takes me to this page
http://office.microsoft.com/templat...ion=WD&Result=11&Version=12&axver=12.0.6028.0
And when I click the download now button on that page it gives me this one
http://office.microsoft.com/templat...axver=12.0.6028.0&CTT=71&Result=S1&Version=12

Thanks for the help.

Hi Scott,

My rsults were the same when accessed from inside Word 2007 using
Office Button=>New=>Resumes & CVs=>Basic and selecting the template from the previews.

That template is a user provided one rather than a MS template. The person submitting it or Microsoft may have pulled it, but you
may want to use the 'Report to Microsoft' link on the ratings page that it's gone missing.
