can't delete user's local profile

Using Win2k Pro, SP3. Logged in a the domain
administrator. Looking at System Properties / User
Profiles. There are several users whose profiles I want
to delete from this machine, however, the "delete" key is
greyed out. Any ideas as to what's wrong?

For the local profile I normally just delete from
C:\Documents and Settings\
