cant delete user accounts

i click on control panel, user accounts, the account i want to delete, then
delete account, it locks up and a end progam box appear. when i restart the
pc an error message pops up about reinstalling a .dll may fix the problem due
to something not starting up i guess.
 
Sorry, I can't guess what .dll you mean. When posting in a newsgroup
about an error message you should include the exact wording of the message.
