Can't delete two trojans/viruses

I did an online virus scan yesterday and found 56 viruses in PocoMail's
attachments folder. I was able to delete all of them, except for two:
patch664.exe and Q156901.exe. When I try to delete either of those two files,
Explorer hangs. I have had no luck in safe mode, either. How about using a
command prompt? I don't really know any DOS commands.

I was just trying to delete the files, not the viruses. PocoMail is virus
proof.

Never mind, I navigated to the PocoMail folder, right-clicked on the Attach
folder and chose "open command prompt here". I then entered "del patch664.exe"
and it worked. WooHoo!
