Can't delete sub-directory

I've deleted all the files (no hidden files as far as I can see), but I
can't delete the sub-directory. Any suggestions on how to find the claimed
files?

can't delete the sub-directory. Any suggestions on how to find the claimed
files?

Open a command prompt in the subdirectory and type dir
it should show the files

To delete the subdirectory, open a command prompt (Start > Run > cmd)
go to the parent folder.
Open task manager (Ctrl + alt + del) kill explorer from it.

In the command prompt type
rd name_of_folder /s

Then open a new task in task manager --> explorer.exe

If you have Nero you can try to delete it through the Nero browser.
