Can't Delete Rows

D

Dick

I am using Excel 2002 and after I delete several rows or
columns, either in the middle of the sheet or at the end
of the sheet, the End Home command sends the cursor to the
previous last row and column, not the new one. This
affects the size of the scroll bars on the right and
bottom of the screen. Sometimes if I save the workbook and
then open it, the End Home goes to the right place, but
not always. Any ideas. Thanks for your help.

Dick,
Sometimes if I save the workbook and
then open it, the End Home goes to the right place, but
not always.
Forgot to mention in my previous post that you "have" to save,
close and reopen the file before Excel will truly recognize the
deleted rows as being deleted.
