cant delete or remove program.

Have a spyware program that wont be removed or deleted or
sent to recycle bin. Reinstalled and uninstalled, but
still portions exist. Any thoughts? Thanks, Ron
 
Go to download.com in search type ad-aware. Download and
run this program, have it delete anything it finds. this
program is a life saver!!!
