Can't delete large file in outbox...

try to send a file ,but it is to large to send and is stuck in outbox and
cannot delete can anyone advise
 
Place Outlook in offline moder (File-> Work Offline) and restart Outlook.
See if you can delete it now (SHIFT+DELETE to skip Deleted Items folder)
