can't delete folder

Every time I try to delete this folder which I "think" has a corrupt .jpg
in, I get, "can't delete this folder Data Error (cyclic redundancy check). I
can't delete this jpg either.

I have done a re-start twice & no matter, it will not let me dump this
folder. Any suggestions appreciated.

Hi, I had a file which was "Locked" and could not be deleted but I download
"GiPo@MoveOnBoot" from http://www.gibinsoft.net/gipoutils/bin/fileutil.msi
and was able to delete itno problem. I hope this is of help.

Nope that don't work either. I have a little program called "unlocker" & it
will even rename this doggone folder but NOTHING will delete it???? Thanks

Have you tried shutting down and restarting in Safe Mode?
Sometimes that works.

It's gone ! I tried one more thing. Since this is on my spare drive, guess I
don't do maintenance enough. Ran a check disc, took a long time but it's
gone. Thanks to those who helped.
