cant delete file or find

i got a program called ace utilities which is a clean up
wizard , i done a search with it for my largest files on
my system i found large movie files which i downloaded in
my temporary internet files under documents and setting
whne i go there they dont show , i am showing all files
no hidden and i cant find it although ace says it is
there it gives me the path to go to but when i go there
its not there . there was loads of files in the temp file
so i deleted them all incase i couldnt see it but it
still shows up on ace as being there except it isnt

The Temporary Internet Files folder is not a view of a folder but of items that IE knows are in TIF. Other programs use this folder but IE knows not what they do so can't show you what they put there (IE keeps a list of what should be there and shows this list). OE, partly downloaded pages, and unzippers are three main culprits making IE's life hard.

Start - Control Panel - Internet Options - General tab - Delete Files - and tick Delete Offline Content - Ok
