can't delete a mail in my inbox

I recibe a mail and when I tried to delete the mail it only appears: an
unkown error have occurred
 
Try moving that message to the Deleted Items folder. If the 'Move'
command does not work, try dragging it there. If no luck, try dragging
it to the Recycle Bin.
 
I have the same problem, when i try to delete the mail also this message
appear "unknown error, how can i delete it
