Can't Defragment new computer

I can't defragment. New computer came with Windows XP, and with something called Diskeeper Lite. When I try to use it, it tells me to purchase their upgrade. Is there another way to defrag???

Dawn;

1) To open Disk Defragmenter, click Start, point to Programs,
point to Accessories, point to System Tools, and then
click Disk Defragmenter.

2) Start | Run | Type: Dfrg.msc | OK

3) My Computer | Right click hard drive | Properties |
Tools | Defragment Now
