Can't create web site - error "feature requires Microsoft Frontpag

I recently installed a new version of Frontpage 2003 - full version from
Staples. When I try to create a web site or open a web site template I
receive the following error: "This feature requires Microsoft Frontpage. If
you already have Frontpage it may require reinstalling or you may need to
install a different version of Frontpage. You may also save to an http
location and retry this operation."
This error makes no sense to me. I have tried uninstall and reinstall
many times. I've also used the repair option... no luck! Product was
activated upon first use. No previous version of Frontpage existed on this
computer prior to installation.
Any ideas?

Thanks,
Tim

Yes, I am trying to open the web site templates while operating in Frontpage.
I have not tried to open any previous sites, as I have none. Too make
matters worse, there is no error code listed!

Thanks,
Tim

If you are trying to open the default FP templates
(From File New - More Web Site Templates or More page Templates)
- sounds like your installation is corrupt or you did not install FP while running (logged in) with Admin permissions

If not either of the above contact MS support for installation support
