cant create the file: fax.tif... (reoccuring)

I have a client where as one of the staff members when she tries to open a
fax from with outlook, she recieves the error:

"cant create the file: fax.tif. right-click on the folder you want to create
the file in, and click properties"

I then impliment the registry fix that changes the temporary directory:

hkey_current_user\software\Microsoft\office\11.0\outlook\security and I
change outlooksecuretempfolder to c:\temp or temp1 (I swap between the two).

This fix will work for about a day or two and the problem will come back.

Here is some background information:

PC: Windows XP sp2
Office: Office 2003 unknown sp. version: 11.0.8169.0
Server: Windows small business server 2003 sp1
Fax server: the Small business server.

Have her save the attachment first and open it from her hard drive instead
of opening it from within Outlook. Instead of "implementing the registry
fix", just empty the folder from time to time, either with Windows Explorer
or OutlookTools.

Thank you very much for the responce. I will try clearing the folder.
Perhaps I could write a script that clears the contents once a day.

I will post back when she has the problem next on weather or not clearing
the folder fixes the problem.
