Can't create a SQL Database

Hi,

I installed a new instance of SQL Server 2008 Express as .\SQLEXPRESS. But
when I try to add a SQL Server Database Object... I get the following error
in MS ASP.NET IDE:
Failed to generate a user instance of SQL Server due to a failure in
starting the process for the user instance. The connection will be closed.

How can I fix this.

I found the ask: the un-install leave a residue folder in the users local
App folder which must be deleted; if install an new instance of
..\SQLEXPRESS.
