Can't Copy from one email and paste into another

I have posted on this topic twice but never see it end up in the thread and
never get a response, so I'm sorry if this is a double post but I need help.

If I copy an attached file from an email I receive, then close my received
email, then create a new email and try to paste that file into the new email
it won't paste.
It will only paste if I leave the email that I received the file in open.

The user in my company who is experiencing this problem has a small monitor
and says it's a pain to have to keep both emails open, also it works on all
of the other isntances of Outlook 2003 in the company (60 other users).

Any help is apprecaited.

Hi Andrew
I think this is a flaw in Outlook, as it does it to me too, very annoying.
Sometimes it's easier to click forward and then delete the original mail.
