Can't connect to the internet.

After I installed MSAS I can no longer connect to the
internet. I am running xp sp2. I have tried the steps in
article 892350 but that didn't work. Any help would be
greatly appreciated.
 
netsh winsock reset at a command prompt, followed by a restart, should work
for the issues in that KB article.

Can you say more about what happened/happens?

You installed Microsoft Antispyware.

You scanned your system, found spyware, and removed it (?)
A reboot was requested after the removal (?)

Do you get any particular error message at this point about Internet or
network access?
