Can't connect to MSn music

Hello,

I have media player 10, but when I try to go to the MSN Music online store
it doesn't load. If I click on the address it's trying to access
(sid1.od2.com), it says this type of document does not have a security
certificate.

Any ideas?

There are many ways in which the MSN Music store can fail, so you'll
have to be more explicit about what you see, what has worked in the
past, error message etc.

certificate.

Everyone gets this dumb error. It's simply bad UI design, and then a bad
decision to not fix it after it was reported in the beta. It has nothing
to do with the status of your store access.

I've never tried to access MSN Music in the past through media player 10, as
I've just newly installed it.

When I click to go to the MSN Music store, or the Tiscali Music Store, they
both try to access the same site, mentioned below, and the wee icon of the
world next to it starts to spin. But then the wee world stops, but nothing
has downloaded. Empty page.

No further error messages. I just thought the problem was with some sort of
security access, as I got the message given below when I click on the
address it's trying to access.

The add-ons installed for these music-stores may have failed. Check
Add/remove programs in Control Panel for any reference to such add-ons.
From there try to repair or delete them.

As I said that errors appears whether you're able to connect to stores
or not.
