cant connect to internet

what can i do to be able to connect to the internet in normal mode and not in
safe mode? i guess my question is why cant i connect in normal mode?

If you can connect to the Internet only in Safe Mode, then something you
have running in Normal Mode is preventing this. Only you know what you
have on your computer. Check your firewall/security software. McAfee
Firewall set to lock down the network for instance?

If you can't find the culprit, then do clean-boot troubleshooting to
pinpoint which application is causing the issue.
