I have a Belkin router switch. I have been trying to hook up two Dell
computers so they can network with each other and so they can share Internet
connection. On the main computer, I can connect to the Internet via the
router. BUT, I cannot get the two computers to see each other, AND I cannot
get the second computer to see the Internet access. Any suggestions would be
appreciated.

Very simply:

1. Both computers need unique computer names.
2. Both computers need to be in the same workgroup.
3. Set both computers to get an IP address automatically (the Belkin
will take care of this).
4. Create identical user accounts and passwords on each computer.
5. Share out desired resources, making sure permissions are set
correctly.
