Set your cookies preferences in Internet Options> Privacy> Advanced.
If you have accidentally blocked a site with Internet Explorer's cookie
controls, click on the edit button. Find the site in the list and click
Remove. Visit the site and if you have set your preferences to Prompt,
check the box to always allow and click OK.
