Can't Change Recycle Bin Icon

I continue to change the recycle bin desktop icon and save the Theme.
But, every time I restart the icon reverts back to the default.
Any ideas?

run regedit and goto the this hive/key HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{645FF040-
5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}\DefaultIcon and change them in the right pane.

OK.How do I find out what number to change them to? Currently 31 and 32.
