Can't change my display resolution

I installed a new graphics card today and now I can't change my display
resolution. It is stuck at 800X600 and is driving me crazy. When I change the
resolution setting and hit OK or Apply nothing happens. I've restarted, but
it hasn't helped any. I would appreciate any guidance you may be able to
provide. Thanks.

Did you install the driver for the new card?

Visit the card or chip manufacturer's WEBsite. There may be an updated
driver available.
