cant change fast user switching

when i go into user accounts and try to turn off fast user
switching ("change way users log on or off") so that i can
enable administrator acct w/o safe mode the whole window
just closes. if i click on "switching users" the window
closes as well. this is really pissing me off. i hate
microsoft so damn much. has any one else had this issue.

a different way to quickly switch users without logging

off is to hit the windows key on your keyboard it is
located right between Ctrl and Alt well anyway press that
and L together.<<<<Justin
