Can't browse internet when connecting to PPC thru ActiveSync

Can anyone help me with this problem:
I'm using windows 2000 pro., connect to internet thru a
switch hub, I usualy sync with my Ipaq 3970 windows mobile
2003 by ActiveSync 3.7.1, the problem is when every time I
Sync my PPC with my PC and my PC can't browse internet
until I disconnected my PPC.
Please help me solve this problem. Thanks in advance.
